The requirements and provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all signs that are erected, relocated, structurally altered, maintained or reconstructed after the effective date of this chapter, February 18, 2014. It shall be unlawful and in violation for any person to erect, relocate, structurally alter, maintain, or reconstruct any sign; except in compliance with the requirements of this subchapter.
