A.    Whenever an application requires a fee under this title (or according to an adopted fee schedule), the applicant shall pay an application fee to the county according to a fee schedule adopted by the county.

B.    All fees and charges associated with this title are to cover reasonable administrative and technical review costs and shall be set in the building and planning department’s master fee schedule and established resolution by the board of county commissioners. (Ord. O-02-25 § 1 (Exh. A))

The building and planning department’s master fee schedule shall be adjusted periodically to reflect changes in administrative and technical review costs. Such adjustments shall become effective upon adoption by the board of county commissioners of a modification to the building and planning master fee schedule; provided, that the master fee schedule may contain provision for automatic revision of fees no more often than annually to reflect the varying changes in administrative costs.
