Any person(s) who erects, constructs, alters, repairs, converts, maintains, or uses any building, structure or land in violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties as specified in Chapter 26 Development Regulations, Section 26-9, entitled "Violations and Penalties." of the Borough Code of the Borough of Allenhurst.
