Each application for a building or zoning permit shall be accompanied by two copies of plans and specifications, including a map, survey (if applicable), site development or plot plan, drawn to scale, showing the courses, dimensions and detail of all the boundary lines of the proposed lot of occupancy and the street boundaries adjacent thereto; zoning district and overlay district boundaries; the location and size of any proposed new construction and all existing buildings, structures, parking areas, traffic access and circulation drives, open spaces and landscaping on the site, the nature and character of any work to be performed and the materials to be incorporated, distance from lot lines, the relationship of structures on adjoining property, widths and grades of adjoining streets, walks, and alleys; wetlands, watercourses, slopes in excess of 15%; biodiversity mapping information, if available; and such additional information as may be required by the Code Enforcement Official, to determine compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
