The exteriors of buildings shall utilize materials that include wood, brick, stucco, stone, masonry products or a combination of such materials or their equivalent. Artificial materials shall be permitted, provided the materials: i) appear natural, ii) are of high quality, iii) are consistent with the Colonial Bay Village architectural theme and iv) are appropriate for the architectural design of the building. The use of synthetic looking, metallic, and reflective materials shall be avoided, including, but not limited to, aluminum or vinyl siding and plastic.
