RESIDENTIAL CLUSTER

DISTRICT

§ 155.035 PERMITTED USES.

   Within any RCL district, no structure or land shall be used, except for one or more of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council:
   (A)   Single-family dwellings meeting the standards of the Uniform Building Code, placed on permanent foundations and having no horizontal axis less than 18 feet in length; and
   (B)   Any permitted use in the R, single-family districts, as listed in § 155.051 and regulated therein.

§ 155.036 CONDITIONAL USES.

   Within any RCL district, no structure or land shall be used for any conditional use in the R, single-family districts, as listed in § 155.052 and regulated therein or uses deemed similar by the City Council, except by conditional use permit.

§ 155.037 ACCESSORY USES.

   Within any RCL district, any accessory use permitted in the R, single-family districts, as listed in § 155.053, shall be permitted.

§ 155.038 INDIVIDUAL LOTS.

   Deviation from the applicable requirements for lot area, lot dimensions, yards, setbacks, location of parking areas and public street frontage may be allowed but only if the deviation is specifically stated in the applicable subdivision agreement.
