TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL

DISTRICT

§ 155.065 PURPOSE.

   This district is for the purposes of permitting attached single-family residential dwellings in a two-unit configuration. The district is intended for those areas which are designated “low density” in the comprehensive guide plan.

§ 155.066 PERMITTED USES.

   Within the R-5 district, no structure or land shall be used, except for one or more of the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council:
   (A)   Any permitted, conditional or accessory use in the R, single family districts, as listed in §§ 155.051 through 155.053 and regulated therein; except accessory unit dwelings (AUDs) shall not be allowed as a permitted, conditional or accessory use; and
   (B)   Two-family dwelling.
