§ 27-11.12
Occupancy Standards.

In referring certified households to specific restricted units, to the extent feasible, and without causing an undue delay in occupying the unit, the Administrative Agent shall strive to:
Ensure each bedroom is occupied by at least one (1) person, except for age-restricted and supportive and special needs housing units;
Provide a bedroom for every two adult occupants;
With regard to occupants under the age of 18, accommodate the household's requested arrangement, except that such arrangement may not result in more than two occupants under the age of 18 occupying any bedroom; and
Avoid placing a one-person household into a unit with more than one (1) bedroom.
