LEGAL STATUS PROVISIONS
(a)
Conflict with other laws. Whenever the provisions of this ordinance impose more restrictive standards than required in or under any statute or other legal document, the requirements of this ordinance shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other statute or legal document require more restrictive standards than are required by this ordinance, the provisions of such statute or document shall govern.
(b)
Validity. Should any section, clause, or provision of this ordinance be declared by the courts to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
(c)
Effective date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
(d)
Repeal of conflicting ordinances. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
