1. | The calculation of gross floor area ("GFA") shall exclude utility space. Pursuant to § 223- 26B(3)(a), no more than 30% of the provided parking may be designated for compact automobiles at the sole discretion of and in accordance with the standards set forth in § 223- 26D, as determined by the Planning Board. |
2. | Where the Planning Board determines that a property within the T District is in proximity to available municipal parking, public transportation, and pedestrian-oriented streetscapes, parking standards from the CMS district may be applied to all proposed uses on said property. |
3. | There is no required number of off-street parking spaces for accessory apartments. |
