Should any section, clause, designation or provision of this title be declared by the courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this title as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. [Ord. 9024, 1982].

Section 2 of Ordinance No. 8868 and Ordinance No. 7783, as amended by Ordinance Nos. 7800, 7885, 7915, 8002, 8072, 8099, 8135, 8235, 8243, 8294, 8311, 8339, 8388, 8395, 8439, 8459, 8485, 8531, 8532, 8543, 8547, 8550, 8574, 8575, 8581, 8598, 8607, 8612, 8623, 8624, 8642, 8694, 8724, 8734 and 8736 and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances of the city of Bellingham in conflict with the provisions of this title are hereby repealed. This title shall take effect and be in full force 15 days after its passage. [Ord. 9024, 1982].
