In order to protect areas of environmental sensitivity, including floodplain and flood hazard areas, and to allow for reasonable use of land, the regulations for the OSR District are herein set forth.

Within any OSR District, no building, structure, lot or land shall be used for other than the following uses:

No permanent or temporary structures are permitted within the designated floodplain area unless permit(s) are obtained from all regulatory bodies with jurisdiction, or applicable regulatory bodies indicate that no such permits are required for the construction of the particular structure.

Single-family residential uses, according to R-100 area, height and bulk requirements may be authorized by the Planning Board as conditional uses.
