ARTICLE XV

Regulations for LM District

§ 505-75 Permitted uses.

Within any LM District, no building, structure, lot or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. 
Light manufacturing.
B. 
Offices, office building, research institute or laboratory.
C. 
Storage building.
D. 
Public utility building or structure.
E. 
Membership clubs.

F. 
Warehouses.

G. 
Cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and processing facilities inside a building, licensed by the State of New Jersey.

§ 505-76 Prohibited uses.

The following uses shall be prohibited:
A. 
Outdoor cannabis grow area.
B. 
Agricultural greenhouse.
C. 
Sale or consumption of food, beverages, alcohol or tobacco on the premises.
D. 
Cannabis consumption area.
E. 
Cannabis dispensary facility.

§ 505-77 Accessory uses.

Within any LM District, the following accessory uses will be permitted:
A. 
Customary accessory uses and structures.
B. 
Private garage or private parking area, pursuant to Article XIX.
C. 
Signs, pursuant to Article XX.
D. 
Enclosures for solid waste and recyclables.

Signage for cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and processing facilities pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:64-12.1[1] or other applicable State requirements or regulations.

Security measures for cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and processing facilities pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:64-9.7[2] or other applicable State requirements or regulations.

G. 
Environmental equipment for cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and processing facilities as may be required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

H. 
Buffers along the boundaries of a cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and processing facility pursuant to § 505-48 of the Code of the Town of Belvidere.

§ 505-78 Lot and yard requirements.

Within any LM District, no building or structure shall be erected nor any lot or land area utilized unless in conformity with the following schedule, which is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter:

§ 505-79 Conditional uses.

Within any LM District, the following conditional uses shall be permitted subject to approval by the Belvidere Planning Board:
