The Village shall have one district, the Single-Family Residential District.

   No building or land shall be used, no use of any building or land shall be changed or extended, and no existing building shall be structurally altered, converted, enlarged, reconstructed or moved, except in accordance with the regulations herein established for a Single-Family Residential District.
