(a) "Horses" shall include ponies, donkeys and mules.
(b) "Stable" means any structure or building used for the keeping, lodging or feeding of horses as defined and regulated under the building and zoning ordinances of the Village.

1268.02 LOCATION OF STABLES.
Stables shall be located on a lot as regulated in conformity with the building and zoning ordinances of the Village.

1268.03 MINIMUM LOT SIZE.
No person shall keep any horse or horses on a lot upon which a one-family dwelling is situated within the Village, unless the lot contains not less than 80,000 square feet. If more than three horses are to be kept on the lot, such lot must contain not less than an additional 25,000 square feet for each such horse in excess of three such animals kept on the lot, provided, however, that at no time shall more than six horses be kept on such lot. 1268.04 FENCED CORRAL AND STABLE REQUIRED.
No person shall keep a horse on any lot within the Village unless there is constructed thereon a fenced corral and a stable to retain such animal therein.

1268.05 HORSES RUNNING-AT-LARGE.
No person, being the owner, keeper or lodger of a horse, shall permit it to run at large within the limits of the Village. Unauthorized entry by a horse upon any premises shall constitute running at large within the meaning of this section.

1268.06 REGISTRATION OF HORSES.
No person shall stable a horse within the Village without registering the same. Registration shall be made at the office of the Chief of Police and shall set forth the name, age and breed of the horse and any special markings peculiar to the animal, and the name, address and telephone number of the owner and/or keeper of such animal.

1268.07 MAINTENANCE OF STABLES, YARDS AND CORRALS.
All stables, yards and corrals where horses are kept shall be maintained in a sanitary condition. They shall be kept clean and in good repair so as to prevent the breeding of flies and the emission of deleterious and offensive odors.
