O-N Natural Resource Preservation District

§ 255-37 Purpose.

This district provides for the conservation and protection of natural resources. Generally, this district includes swamps, marshlands, river and lake shore and other land of natural aesthetic value.

§ 255-38 Residential lot size regulations.

A. 
Minimum area: one acre.
B. 
Minimum width: 150 feet.

§ 255-39 Height regulations.

Maximum height: 35 feet.

§ 255-40 Yard and setback regulations.

A. 
Minimum front yard: 80 feet.
B. 
Minimum side yard: 25 feet.
C. 
Minimum rear yard: 50 feet.
D. 
Minimum water setback: 75 feet.

§ 255-41 Permitted uses.

Permitted uses in the O-N Natural Resource Preservation District include the following:
A. 
Agriculture, including animal and poultry husbandry, beekeeping, dairying and grazing, field crops, forestry, orchards and wild crop harvesting, truck farming, horticulture or viticulture.
B. 
Fish hatcheries and farm ponds.
C. 
Preservation of scenic, historic or scientific areas.
D. 
Wildlife preserves.

§ 255-42 Conditional uses.

A. 
Dwelling, single-family, only as accessory to a principal use.
B. 
Filling over 500 square feet.
C. 
Golf course.
D. 
Grading over 500 square feet.
E. 
Recreation areas.
F. 
Work in respect to waterways.
G. 
Utilities.
