Nuisances, disturbances and emissions in all zoning districts shall be regulated according to the provisions set forth in this Code. All potential nuisances shall be mitigated by appropriate means and such mitigation shall be demonstrated in the site development plan. Nuisance mitigation shall be a continuing obligation of all developments. Nuisances shall be as defined in Chapter 7 of this Code. In addition, all site development plans shall meet the following minimum standards:

(1)

Solid waste handling and storage areas shall be screened from public view by construction of a fence or wall, by a landscaped buffer or berm, or within an enclosed building which is incidental to the primary structure; and

(2)

Storm water or melt water run-off shall be handled on site or channeled in a way that does not adversely impact neighboring properties.

(3)

Trash storage areas in nonresidential districts shall be screened from public view by the construction of a fence or wall.
