§ 380-9 Interpretation of zone boundaries.

Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various zones, as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:

Where the designation on the Zoning Map indicates a boundary approximately upon a street, the center-line of the street shall be construed to be the boundary.
B.
Where the designation on the Zoning Map indicates a boundary approximately upon a lot line, such lot line shall be construed to be the boundary.

In other cases, the zone boundary shall be determined by the use of the scale on the Zoning Map, or distances as indicated on the Zoning Map.

§ 380-10 Metes and bounds description.

In the event that a metes and bounds description has been filed for a zone change or a variance as required by this chapter, such metes and bounds description may be used in lieu of other provisions of this article.

§ 380-11 Lots divided by zone boundaries.

Where a zone boundary divides a lot of record at the time such boundary is adopted, the zone requirements of the least-restrictive portion of such lot shall extend 30 feet into the more-restrictive portion of the lot, provided the least-restrictive portion of the lot has frontage on a street.
