Districts Established

§ 128-4 Enumeration of districts.

[Amended 9-20-1995 by L.L. No. 6-1995]
For the purpose of this chapter, the Village of Brightwaters is hereby divided into seven classes of districts as follows:
Residence A District
Residence B District
Residence C District
Central Business District
Sunrise Business District
North Business District
South Business District

§ 128-5 Boundaries established; Building Zone Map.

[Amended 9-20-1995 by L.L. No. 5-1995]
The boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on the Building Zone Map which accompanies and is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter.[1]
