A building may be erected or used, and a lot may be used or occupied, for any of the following purposes, and no other:
A. Uses permitted by right. The following uses are permitted by right:
(1) (Al) Single-Family Detached.
(8) (B11) Municipal Services.
(9) (B12) Public Park/Public Recreational Facility.
(14) (G1a) Accessory Professional Offices.
(15) (G1b) Accessory Personal Services.
(16) (G1d) Accessory Home Crafts.
(18) (G1i) No-Impact Home-Based Business.
(19) (G2) Residential Accessory Building, Structure or Use.
B. Uses permitted by special exception. The following uses may be permitted as authorized by the Zoning Hearing Board in accordance with the standards contained in §
205-187 of this chapter:
(2) (B3) Trade or Commercial School.
(8) (G1e) Accessory Family Day Care.
(9) (G1f) Accessory Group Child Day-Care Center.
(10) (G1g) Accessory Adult Day Care.
(12) (G3) Accessory Apartment.
(13) (A6) Residential Conversion.
C. Conditional uses. The following uses may be permitted as authorized by Council in accordance with the standards contained in §
205-178 of this chapter.
(1) (A8) Age-Qualified Residential Community.
(2) (G1c) Accessory Instructional Services.
