Prohibited uses in all zoning districts. All classes of cannabis licenses as provided for and defined in P.L. 2021 c. 16, are prohibited in all zoning districts of the City of Cape May to the fullest extent permitted by "New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance, and Marketplace Modernization Act" (the "Act")[1], as may be amended. This prohibition shall include but not be limited to Class 1 cannabis cultivator, Class 2 cannabis manufacturer, Class 3 cannabis wholesaler, Class 4 cannabis distributor, Class 5 cannabis retailer, and Class 6 cannabis delivery service, other than business operations by a cannabis delivery service making deliveries to consumers.
