For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough of Cape May Point is hereby divided into the following two zones:

There is filed with the Clerk of the Borough of Cape May Point a Zoning Map, dated April 19, 1999, on which is delineated in detail the districts hereinbefore set forth, showing the boundaries thereof, which Zoning Map is an official record and may be inspected at any time during regular business hours by persons interested in the same. The Zoning Map may be found at the end of this chapter.

Copies of this Zoning Map and this chapter shall be made available to all interested parties upon payment of a reasonable fee.
