The regulations, limitations and restrictions of this chapter, including the Zoning Map, may be amended, changed, modified or repealed by the governing body in accordance with Sections 34 and 35, Chapter 55, Title 40, of the statutes and amendments and supplements thereto.

Prior to the hearing on adoption of a Zoning Ordinance, or any amendment thereto, the governing body shall refer any such proposed ordinance or amendment to the Planning Board pursuant to Chapter 38, Land Use Procedures, § 38-8A(7).
