§ 130-6 Interpretation of zone boundaries on Zoning Map.

Boundary lines generally follow road lines, five-hundred- or one-thousand-foot setbacks from highways, property lines, great lot lines, power lines, or railroad beds. Questions concerning the precise location of zone boundary lines shall be resolved by the Zoning Board of Appeals under its powers of interpretation.

§ 130-7 Lots in two or more districts.

If a lot lies in two or more zoning districts, each portion of the lot shall be governed by the regulations of the district in which it lies. Upon special authorization of the Zoning Board of Appeals, and after public hearing, the provisions of the less-restricted portion of the lot may be extended up to 10 feet into the more-restricted portion. An extension of more than 10 feet shall require a variance or map amendment.
