Planned Unit Development District Ordinances | |
Application fee | $500, plus $50 for each 1- or 2-family residential dwelling unit proposed for the development and $100 per each multi-family dwelling unit or business or industrial building proposed to be located in the PUD District. Attorney fees shall be determined in accordance with the attorney’s prevailing hourly rate which is on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. Consultant fees shall be determined by written proposal by the consultant and acceptance by either the Plan Commission or Town Council |
