This ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Chickamauga, Georgia."

The mayor and council of the City of Chickamauga enact this ordinance under the exercise of powers conferred upon it by Ga. Const. art. IX, § II, ¶ IV (Zoning Procedures Act). All amendments shall be made in compliance with the Zoning Procedures Act; Official Code of Georgia Annotated.
