Chiloquin City Zoning Code

A.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following zones are hereby established for land use in the city:

Zone

Single-family—Low density;

Single-family—Medium density;

Commercial—Central business district;

Commercial—Tourist recreation;

Industrial—Light commercial.

B.

The boundaries of the zones listed in this chapter are set out on the Chiloquin Zoning Map attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Appendix I and adopted by reference.

C.

Zoning map amendments shall be dated with the effective date of the ordinance that adopts the map amendment and filed in the office of the city recorder.

D.

Unless otherwise specified, zone boundaries are the center line of streets, lot lines or city limits lines.

Any territory embraced within any future enlargement of the city shall be deemed to be in the single-family-low density zone, unless the council ordains to the contrary.
