All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby amended by repealing such ordinance or parts of ordinance thereof to give this ordinance and the provisions herein contained full force and effect. However, nothing herein shall be construed to amend or repeal the provisions of ordinance regulating mobile homes, Ord. No. 97-09 or any amendments thereto [ch. 97-09 of Code] and Ordinance No. 80-19 [ch. of Code], regulating on premises consumption of alcoholic beverages, or any amendment thereto. Ordinance No. 82-16 relating to building permit procedures [ch. of Code] are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
