The provisions of this article shall be known as the FEE SCHEDULE PROCEDURE. The purpose of these provisions is to identify the procedure by which a fee is required and established. (Ord. 1691 §1(part), 1982)

Fees for the consideration of material submitted pursuant to the requirements of the local planning act of 1975 shall be recommended by the planning director and approved by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 3127 §28, 2003: Ord. 3064 §22, 2002: Ord. 1913 §2, 1985: Ord. 1691 §1(part), 1982)

Fees shall be waived as specified below:

   A.   Public Agency: No fee shall be charged for an application filed by any city, county, district, state, federal or agency thereof.

   B.   Renewals: No fee shall be charged for an application to extend a termination date prescribed as a condition of an approval which has been granted and which has not expired; provided, that no substantial change in plans or other condition or approval is proposed.

   C.   Reapplication: The planning director may, in his or her discretion, waive all or part of an application fee for an application that was submitted and denied without prejudice within the previous year. (Ord. 3202 §1, 2005: Ord. 1691 §1(part), 1982)
