Columbiana City Zoning Code

   All driveways constructed after June 15, 1993, in conjunction with new residential construction, shall be constructed of blacktop, concrete, brick or other similar material over a properly constructed driveway base, which shall be approved as to composition and thickness by the Municipal Engineer.
