All special uses addressed in this article shall meet all applicable requirements of this chapter, including Article 44-1 (Administrative Provisions), Article 44-2 (Zoning Classifications, Allowed Uses, and Development Standards), Article 44-3 (Site Planning Provisions), and Article 44-5 (Resource Management Provisions).
