This zoning code shall be administered by the County of Colusa Board of Supervisors, hereafter referred to as the “Board”; the County of Colusa Planning Commission, referred to as the “Commission;” the Director of Planning and Building, referred to as the “Director;” and the Department of Planning and Building, hereafter referred to as the “Department.” (Ord.
