50. - Hearings.
The Planning and Zoning Commission must fix a regular time and place for regular meetings. Special public hearings may be held at other than the established regular time or place provided public notice of the meetings is given at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance. The Commission must keep minutes of its proceedings, including a record of the vote of each member on each question, and the minutes must be public records. Public notice of the meetings at which the Governing Body will consider a recommendation from the Commission on an application must be given in the Village at least 15 days before the meeting by posting in public places in the Village, as required by the Village's open meeting resolution.
