7. | Retail, wholesale, or consumer service establishment, or offices or professional building | 1 space for each 200 square feet or fraction thereof of floor area plus 1 space for each 2 employees |
8. | Restaurants and other places serving food or beverages, theaters auditoriums and other places of amusement or assembly | 1 space for 3 seats, permanent or otherwise, plus one space for each 2 employees |
9. | Industrial or manufacturing plants or shops, or storage uses | 1 space for each 3 persons employed on the largest shift |
10. | Assisted living residence [Added 6-21-1999 STM by Art. 15] | 1 space for 3 dwelling units, plus 1 space for each 3 employees, plus 1 space for each vehicle used in the operation, plus 1 space for each regularly scheduled visiting professional person, plus 2 spaces for each 5 dwelling units for visitors |
11. | Automobile service stations, drive-in establishments, open air retail businesses and other permitted uses not specifically listed herein | Adequate number of spaces shall be determined by a special permit from the Board of Appeals to accommodate customers, patrons, and employees, for the maximum use of the proposed facility |
12. | Adult entertainment establishments [Added 6-26-2006 STM by Art. 13] | 1 space for each 3 seats based on the legal capacity of the use, plus 2 spaces for each 3 employees. |
NOTE: In all cases, frequent parking of such vehicles on a public or private street or way adjacent to the premises shall be considered evidence of the inadequacy of the off-street parking space provided. |
