A recreational vehicle is ready for highway use if it is on its wheels or jacking system, is attached to the site only by quick-disconnect-type utilities and security devices and has no permanently attached additions. |

If the noise is not smooth and continuous and is not radiated between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., the adjustments in Table 2 shall be applied to the decibel levels given in Table 1. Where more than one adjustment is applicable, the largest adjustment only shall apply. | ||
