This ordinance applies to all land located within unincorporated areas of Sauk County in which the town board has adopted this ordinance pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 59.69(5). It shall be unlawful and in violation of this ordinance for any person to establish, construct, reconstruct, alter, or replace any land use or structure, except in compliance with this ordinance.
