ARTICLE V
Regulations Applicable to A Residential District
§ 230-24 Applicability.
The regulations set forth in this article shall apply to the A Residential District.
§ 230-25 Area and width of lot.

The minimum lot area for a lot in the A Residential District shall be three acres (130,680 square feet). The minimum lot width for a lot in A Residential District shall be 200 feet.
§ 230-26 Depth of lot.

The minimum lot depth for a lot in the A Residential District shall be 300 feet.
§ 230-27 Lot coverage.

The total lot coverage of the buildings and structures on a lot shall not exceed 10% of the total lot area.
§ 230-28 Front yard.
A front yard shall be not less than 75 feet.
§ 230-29 Side yard.
A side yard shall be not less than 50 feet.
§ 230-30 Rear yard.
A rear yard shall be not less than 50 feet.
