Editor's note— An ordinance of April 10, 1967, extended all of the ordinances, rules, regulations, and zoning laws of the city to govern plats and subdivision of land to cover the area under the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction as then authorized by article 970a, section 4, of Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes. This ordinance is saved from repeal in section 1-5 of the Code of Ordinances.
