The Parker IGA – Overlay District regulations are hereby repealed as of May 14, 2018. The Town of Parker and Douglas County Intergovernmental Agreement and Comprehensive Development Plan (IGA) was terminated on May 14, 2018.

Any County-approved site-specific zoning that applied to properties within the boundaries of the former Parker IGA, either before the Parker IGA was adopted or as amended by the County during the term of the Parker IGA, shall be controlling for all such properties, unless and until amended by the County as otherwise provided in this chapter.
