SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DRAINAGE, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REQUIREMENTS

§ 1-3101A Repeal.

The Single-Family Residential Drainage, Erosion and Sediment Control Requirements are hereby repealed as of November 12, 2013. These requirements are contained within the Grading, Erosion and Sediment Control Manual, as amended.
