ARTICLE XVA

C-4 Office and Medical Professional District

§ 175-77.1 Intent.

The intent of the C-4 Office and Medical Professional District is to provide for professional offices and for medical facilities needed to serve the Township and the surrounding community.

§ 175-77.2 Permitted uses.

A building or structure may be erected or altered to be used either in whole or in part and a lot may be used or occupied for any of the following uses and no other, provided that such uses, buildings or structures shall comply with such regulations as yard, lot sizes, lot width, building area and heights, impervious surfaces, easements, buffer yards, off street parking and other provisions as specified herein.
A. 
Uses by right. Any of the following uses shall be permitted, provided that the regulations of this chapter have been met:

Village Carriage Home, subject to the standards and requirements of § 175-16B(17)

B. 
The following uses shall be permitted by special exception upon a finding by the Zoning Hearing Board that all criteria in this chapter have been met:

Signs, in accordance with Article XX of this chapter.

3Where a property abuts a residential zoning district, the side and rear yards which abut the residential district shall be increased to 50 feet, which 50 feet shall not be used for parking areas, buildings, structures, accessways or driveways but which shall be used for buffer plantings and landscaped space only.

§ 175-77.4 Additional requirements.

A. 
No products or goods shall be publicly displayed on the exterior of the premises or from windows in the building.
