Non-conforming Uses: An appeal may be taken to the Zoning Board of Appeals for the continuance of a non-conforming one-family use in a non-residential district, the change from one (1) non-conforming use to another of same or a more restrictive classification, and to allow reconstruction of a non-conforming structure when damaged beyond fifty (50%) percent of its value. Article 14 outlines the parameters for each type of appeal.

Miscellaneous: They shall also hear and decide all matters referred to them or upon which they are authorized to consider under any Village Ordinance.
