There is adopted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 462.359 (1986), the Official Map entitled, "Minnesota Department of Transportation S. P. 2762 (T.H. 212) Official Map West Hennepin County Line to Junction of T.H. 5 and T.H. 494" on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager, which Official Map contains a description of the future layout of State Highway 212 through the City and the lands which will be affected by reason thereof.
