Administration
§ 265-89 Enforcement officer.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Town of Elbridge Code Enforcement Officer.
§ 265-90 Building permits.
Required. No building or structure shall be erected or altered unless a building permit has been issued pursuant to Chapter 136, Construction Codes, Uniform, of the Code of the Town of Elbridge.
Zoning Board of Appeals approval. Except upon a written order of the Zoning Board of Appeals, no building permit shall be issued for any structure, alteration or use which would be in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
§ 265-91 Certificates of occupancy.
No building or structure shall be occupied or used until a certificate of occupancy therefor has been issued by the Code Enforcement Officer. Upon a change of use, a new certificate of occupancy must be obtained.
