A violation of this chapter shall be an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate, additional violation. In addition, the Town Board shall have such other remedies as are provided by law to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
