Establishment of Zoning Districts
§ 220-8 Names of districts.
The Incorporated Village of Elmira Heights is divided into the following seven districts:
R-1 Low-Density Residential | |
R-2 Medium-Density Residential | |
R-3 High-Density Residential | |
C-1 Business | |
C-2 General Commercial | |
I-1 Limited Industrial - Buffer | |
I-2 General Industrial |
§ 220-9 Zoning map.
[Amended 1-4-1996 by L.L. No. 1-1996]
The location and boundaries of these districts are established as shown on the attached Zoning Map of the Village of Elmira Heights. The Zoning Map is hereby made a part of this chapter.[1]

§ 220-10 Interpretation of boundaries.
If uncertainty exists as to the boundary of any district shown on the Zoning Map, the Board of Appeals shall determine the location of such boundary.
