- USE MATRIX
Section 36.310.- Purpose and Intent.
(a)
The following table provides all use types and all zoning districts where the use type is permitted (B) by-right, or (C) with approval of a conditional use permit, in accordance with the requirements of this ordinance.
(b)
Some uses listed in the use matrix, in addition to the district regulations and design standards, have associated use performance standards.
(c)
All uses not specifically permitted or permitted with approval of a conditional use permit are prohibited.
(d)
Overlay Districts. Regardless of whether the use matrix lists a use as permitted or prohibited, the use type shall be restricted or prohibited by the requirements of an overlay district.
