*1 The front yard depth of any lot abutting on a major street shall be measured from the proposed right-of-way lines as shown on the Official Major Street Plan. *2 Where the frontage on one side of the street between two intersecting streets is located in any commercial or industrial district and an R Residence District, one-half of the front yard requirements of the R Residence District shall apply to any commercial or industrial district. Where a lot is located at the intersection of two or more streets, the front yard requirements stated above shall apply to each street side of the corner lot, except that the buildable width of such lot shall not be reduced to less than 28 feet.
