(A)

Separability. Should any section or provision of this ordinance be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or of any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.

(B)

Repeal of existing zoning ordinance. All City of Florence zoning ordinances and City of Florence zoning maps and, all amendments thereto adopted prior to the date of this ordinance are hereby repealed upon this ordinance and zoning map going into effect.

(C)

Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect on its approval and publication as required by law.
