The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, by local law and in accordance with the provisions of the Village Law of the State of New York or the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, amend, recodify, supplement, change, modify or repeal the provisions of this chapter and the regulations, restrictions and boundaries herein established.
